Elizabeth began learning Taijiquan at the Yang Original School in 1998.
Since then, Elizabeth has been an enthusiastic student and Teacher of all things related to Taijiquan and Qigong studying with many eminent Teachers:
Jean-Michel Chomet, Bob Lowey and Peter Ralston covering many subjects including:
Xing Yi Zhuan (Boxe de la Forme et de l’Intention), Bagua Zhang (Paume des Huit Trigrammes), Qigong, Taijiquan, Tui Shou, San Shou, Classical Chinese Weapons and more recently Completed her Degree 3 and Kyu 18 in Cheng Hsin, the art of effortless power with Peter Ralston.
