2 Login and account
You can create a login account which requires the setting up of a password protected account. During set up of the account you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all the data provided to open it. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

4 Remittance
Payments do not include VAT. All prices are shown in £ GBP which is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to adjust or discontinue products, links and information without notice. We shall not be liable to the customer / client or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the provision. All credit card payments are taken in good faith. Fraudulent usage of this facility will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities and will be taken to have broken all contract terms. Deliveries to addresses other than the card holder’s invoice address may be declined.

5 Distribution
The distribution and delivery time quoted is from receipt of order where applicable and may be subject to delay beyond our control. The purchaser shall not be entitled to claim compensation or damages as a result of delay in delivery.

6 Possession
Possession of goods shall not be assigned to the buyer until all sums owing in respect of any have been paid.

7 Resolution of possible problems
All difficulties shall be consequential to the buyer on delivery to the address stated on the order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree that your content may be transferred unencrypted to third parties on a different payment platform when you have chosen to do so. We do not accept any discrepancies you may accrue when this occurs. You agree not to duplicate, sell, copy, reproduce, or exploit any portion of these facilities on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

8 Loss or Damage
Loss or damage via transit or any other form of transfer must be alerted with due haste to Qigongtauk in writing with signatory within four days of the delivery date. Qigongtauk will not accept any liability for items misplaced, lost or damaged in transit when delivered via a third party carrier.

9 Sending goods back
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
