Playing with the Animals!

 25th - 27th April 2025

Probably the best known and frequently practiced animal Form in the Qigong fraternity is the 5 Animal Frolics.

However, this teaching would require a full intensive weekend to learn.

Instead, we will be exploring a few of the more ethnic and esoteric animal Forms that you will be able to learn and internalize with the objective of being able to practice at your own leisure following completion of the course.
