The Cane Form

5th - 7th June

Cane 3_edited.jpg
The "Cane" or "Walking stick” Form is an old arrangement of particular movements that is lively, it's fun, and it will keep you fit with regular practice.

This Form is suitable for beginners and those with minimal experience in movement arts.

Many people that have learned this Form in the past have been amazed at how their energy levels increased with repetition of the routine.

You will need to provide your own walking stick. That is: when standing upright, it should reach your waist.  One end should be rounded or have a hook as shown above.
