Sonja Blank calls her company "Leqita." With this name, she combines the concepts of the art of living, Qigong, and Taijiquan. She believes it is important that every person is an artist. Through artistic expression, people can heal and grow.


Sonja Blank is a graduate engineer and the mother of two adult daughters. From 1979 to 1987, she worked as an instructor in the cultural sector and helped establish the Society for Nature and the Environment in the former GDR. After German reunification, she co-founded the Women's Center in Magdeburg. In 1994, she founded the spiritual center "LebensArt" in Magdeburg and directed it until 1997. She has been working as an independent teacher of Taijiquan and Qigong since 1991.


Sonja Blank is a qualified engineer and mother of two adult daughters. Her teachers in Tai Chi and Qi Gong are: Foen Tjoeng Lie (formerly Hamburg), Gui Yan Jian (Guangzhou), Epi van de Pol (Hilversum), Wee Kee Jin (New Zealand), and Zhi Chang Li (Munich).

Her path has been significantly inspired by various trainings:


"Life Skills" with Markus Klepper and Frank Fieß (Berlin), "Body Evolution" with Tyr Throne (New York), and NLP Practitioner training with Karl Nielsen (Berlin).


References

From 1994 to 1996, she worked for Barmer Magdeburg, DAK Magdeburg, HEK Magdeburg, and AOK Magdeburg. From 1994 to 1999, she conducted training courses for self-help groups in the areas of tinnitus and epilepsy, worked as a lecturer in teacher and kindergarten teacher training programs, and participated in social projects in Saxony-Anhalt.
