Maureen has been doing Reiki since 2013.
She was introduced to Qigong and Tai Chi 10 years ago through Orkney Tai Chi Chuan by the founder Mike Henderson and Jim Lawson, who is now the leader of the group.
She has also successfully completed the Qigong Teacher’s Association UK Instructors Course at Samye Ling with Sifu Bob Lowey gaining her certificate in Qigong Teaching.
