Donna Johnson

Donna has a background in Sports & Leisure and has taught in a variety of situations over the years.
Although teaching Qigong, Donna also has a Teachers Training Diploma in Dru Yoga that is very much based on the energies within and around us and incorporates many moves and focuses often found in Qigong practices.

Pat has a long history with Taiji and Qigong and was fortunate enough to be in the very first Qigongtauk intake.
